Order, deposit, and delivery terms.

How hardware orders work at NativeAgentic — what you pay, when, what each payment unlocks, and what protects your money along the way. Plain English, professional, no buried clauses.

Where your money sits

Your deposit doesn't sit in NativeAgentic's bank account. All deposits and progress payments are held in our Stripe-escrowed Connect account. Funds release to NativeAgentic only when the corresponding build milestone is confirmed.

If we can't deliver, refunds are initiated through Stripe within 5 business days of approval, processed back to your original payment method per Stripe's standard timing.

For orders above $150,000, we offer Escrow.com as an additional layer of third-party custody at no cost to you. Available on request before deposit confirmation.

Deposit schedule

Hardware orders are paid in four stages. Each stage triggers a specific action; each is invoiced separately.

All amounts in USD. Stage 2 onward triggered by your written spec sign-off. NativeAgentic will not proceed past Stage 1 without explicit confirmation.

Lead times + force majeure

Lead times posted on /pricing reflect current supply conditions at the time of quote. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may compress meaningfully with deposit-confirmed orders.

In the event of supplier-side delays beyond NativeAgentic's control — including but not limited to NVIDIA allocation changes, semiconductor supply disruptions, customs holds, or shipping force-majeure events — we will notify you within 5 business days of becoming aware, provide a revised schedule, and offer either: (a) the revised schedule, or (b) a refund of all post-spec-lock amounts (Stage 2+) paid to date, minus non-recoverable component costs.

Blackwell-class allocations are limited and assigned in order of confirmed deposits.

Supplier disclosure

NativeAgentic sources hardware through a multi-vendor supplier network:

  • Direct allocations with NVIDIA's partner channels (NPN)
  • DGX-Ready integrators including Supermicro, Lenovo, and Dell
  • Apple Silicon for hybrid inference workloads
  • Pure Storage and NetApp for sovereign data tiers
  • NVIDIA InfiniBand and Spectrum-4 networking

Specific suppliers per build are disclosed on the quote. NativeAgentic does not source from grey-market or unauthorized channels.

Payment terms

All deposits and milestone payments are processed through Stripe. Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (up to $50,000 per single payment)
  • ACH bank transfer (preferred for amounts above $50,000)
  • Wire transfer (international or amounts above $250,000)
  • Net 30 invoicing available for confirmed enterprise customers (credit check + signed MSA required)

Warranty + install

Hardware ships with full manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on component). NativeAgentic adds a 90-day install warranty covering configuration defects, model deployment issues, and integration problems.

Install options:

  • White-glove on-site install — NativeAgentic engineers commission the rig at your facility. Travel + per-diem quoted separately.
  • Armonk staging — Rig is fully configured at our Armonk campus, then shipped pre-built. Lower cost, slightly longer lead time.
  • Self-install with build sheet — Rig is shipped with NativeAgentic-validated configuration and runbook. NativeAgentic remote-validates before sign-off.

These terms govern hardware orders placed with NativeAgentic (operated by Trucast and NorthCastle Ventures). Software subscriptions (Nate Pro, Nate Enterprise) are governed by separate terms available at /pricing. Questions or custom-terms inquiries: hello@nativeagentic.com.
